Finding a product that is actually made in the U.S. can be quite a challenge these days. We realize the irony that we say this while writing on a blog for a Japanese automaker... But before you jump to any conclusions, we should note that one of Toyota's offerings just may shock you. In fact, we here at Mark Toyota are talking about the American-Made offering from Toyota that trumps all other models from the supposed real American automakers. By that, of course, we mean the Toyota Camry.

The Toyota Camry is an American-made car? That's right, ladies and gentlemen, the Toyota Camry is as American-made of a vehicle as you can get today. We say this because it features a higher amount of domestic parts than any other vehicle, even those from the likes of the big Detroit three. And, it isn't just us saying it either. That's according to data from the federal government's yearly analysis of U.S./Canadian Parts-content.

Yes, you can feel good when behind the wheel of the Toyota Camry. An investment in it really is an investment in American production. And, you can test drive the American-made Camry at 1765 Park Ave Plover, WI 54467 today by simply dialing (800) 236-6275 or by filling out a contact form online.

Of course, it isn't just the government that is making this claim about the Camry. Toyota explains how one of their vehicles could manage to make it onto the list of the the most American-made cars on the road today. As it stands, only eight percent of the Camry's parts come from overseas. The remaining 92 percent of the parts are made right here in the U.S.

But, while the fed's content index doesn't take into account the vehicles country of origin, we thought we'd point out the fact that the gas-powered four-cylinder and V6 2012 Toyota Camry models are produced in the U.S. as well.
