It is not my nature to take time out of my schedule to send a formal thank you and letter of satisfaction, but the service I received at your facility was over the top.  I have been in the business of specialized construction for over 30 years and have had transactions with thousands of salesmen.  I'm sorry to say, that there are few I like or trust.  While searching for cars for the last few weeks I had the typical "run around" at many dealerships.  I decided to call your company and was put in touch with Dan Nissen.  I explained that I could not arrive in Plover until 7:30 and there was one car I was interested in.  Upon arrival at 7:30pm I was greeted by Dan and was walked to a show room where the car had been washed and thrown on display for me to look at in a well lighted area.  My questions were answered, and never did I get a sales pitch to look at something else.  Dan only entertained what I was interested in and never made me feel pressured or that I was a bother so late i the evening.  A test drive as taken and a purchase final.  Not once did they give the impression that I was cutting into their personal time.  Completely professional.  In all, I can only hope that my employees treat my customers with such respect and dignity.
