A large majority of the clients that we work with at our Mark Toyota location are shopping for a new vehicle on a strict budget. Our goal is to help our clients find a vehicle that they love, but it should also fit comfortably into their finances. A certified pre-owned Toyota provides drivers with a vehicle that is almost brand new, but it costs substantially less than the same model would be right off the assembly line.
Our technicians are allowed to certify a used Toyota on behalf of the dealership, but there is certain criteria that must be followed. For example, the vehicle in question must be less than six years old. It must have less than 85,000 miles on the odometer. There are 160 different points on the vehicle that must pass inspection before becoming certified as well. Routine maintenance and repairs may be performed in order to get to this point.
