Okay, now for the science.

There is a way to get hydrogen from water called electrolysis. You run an electric current through water, and it breaks apart the H2O molecules, leaving you with pure oxygen and hydrogen gas.

Water, however, is a terrible conductor of electricity, so you have to add something to it. Something like salt, or an acid.

An acid like, say, lemon juice.

You can then use that hydrogen to fuel a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, like the 2016 Toyota Mirai.

So, you can, in a way, power a car on lemonade, just not the raw lemonade itself.

That about wraps it up for lemonade-fuel. Now you can go impress your friends at trivia night.
